Kevin Carr is a partner at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning (MBSC), Co-Founder of the Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), and Co-Owner of Movement As Medicine Massage and Movement Therapy Clinic. Kevin is a certified strength and conditioning coach, a licensed massage therapist, and has completed numerous continuing education certifications. He is also a husband, a father, and a man who faces a lot of the same challenges many people do: finding the time to exercise and live a healthy life.
Kevin and I discuss parenthood, being intentional with our time and energy, and how our mindset around exercise and health have shifted since becoming parents. He also shares common pains and injuries he sees in his clients, and he discusses strategies for getting people moving in order to feel better.
