Fitness classes build confidence and build a resilient mindset for us as pros, as well as for our clients.
Today, I have a really special guest for you. I'll be speaking with Phyllis Ansusinha, the author of “Glowing UP.”
Phyllis is a longtime fitness instructor and trainer. She's been a fitness director, was in the US for 10 years, and now lives in Bangkok, Thailand. She was somewhat of a pioneer in working with clients online.
She was doing this way before COVID, way before it was cool. And now she’s written a book called “Glowing UP.”
We’ll be talking about the process of writing a book, and the process of putting your story down on paper. Also, we’ll discuss things to consider around publishing and marketing, the tech that you need to have in place when writing a book, and the monetization strategy you need to have in place.
This is a really important topic for a lot of us. When we get to be 40, 50, 60 years old, and we've been in the game for 20 and 30 years, we know that we have knowledge to impart to the generation that's coming behind us and to a broader spectrum of perfect buyers who might never get to meet us in person and never get to work with us in person. This also brings into mind the legacy that I'm going to – and you will – leave behind.
If you are watching live or in the replay, please leave a comment. Whether you're on Facebook or YouTube or LinkedIn, give me a #live, give me a #replay.
Then give me a little bit of information on your thoughts on leaving a legacy behind you for the next generation of instructors, the next generation of health coaches, and for the people who might work with you.
Glowing UP is not just another fitness and wellness book; it’s a story about how the author used fitness to grow and overcome what could have been a very small life.
Get your GLOW on, rise up and feel free to be seen and heard. Today is the first day of a new you! https://glowingup.me/
