If I've learned one thing from recording this episode it's that the mum and parenting scene can be judgy as heck. If you prioritise your physical and mental health you're selfish, and if you don't you're not looking after yourself to be the best version of yourself for your child. Like with anything, no matter what you do, people will have something to say, so you might as well do what makes you happy right?
