I am so very excited for this episode! I had the opportunity of interviewing the founder of the Aus Bush Flower Essences, Ian White.

Ian is a 5th generation herbalist, a naturopath and founded the Aus essences in the 80’s. 

Since that time he has created a legacy of flower healing, sharing and educating others with this powerful modality worldwide. 

Being a practitioner of these particular essences, this conversation was such a beautiful way to gain insight into some of the magic behind what I feel so passionate about. 

In the episode Ian shares some of his first and and most eminent personal experiences with the essences and his work, he talks about the commonalities between some of the earlier pioneers in the flower essence world and what new messages and magic the flowers have been sharing with him in recent times.  

He also shares the story behind the first essence he’s created in 19 years, his experiences with sharing this medicine in other parts of the world, his take on what the future of the flowers will bring and how important it is to him to pass this knowledge to future generations.

Katie Hess is a flower alchemist from Arizona in the US. After first being introduced to flower essences in Mexico over two decades ago she has since dedicated her life to exploring and sharing their magic.

More than anything though, Katie’s passion and vision is to change the world and the collective consciousness with flower essences, in this conversation Katie shares her sliding doors moment of how the flower essences and this work found her, how the last few years have shifted her outlook on the ability the flowers have to impact the collective radically and how this work is about uncovering all of the light and gifts within us rather than ‘fixing’ what is ‘wrong’ with us.
