This week I have Dennae back on the podcast to explore our first Essence in Focus of the year. 

This is one that we both created ourselves from the beautiful and bold Poinciana growing nearby our homes. 

We both had a profound journey with this medicine and experienced its themes in similar but unique ways. So we thought we would share together for something a little interesting! 

It truly was a flower to humble us into confidence. 

We spoke about our first interactions with this flower and the messages it gifted us, our perceived authenticity vs what being authentic truly means. 

How the Poinciana reflects to us where our unconscious judgements and projections are limiting us, and the journey to releasing the core fears behind these insecurities.  

How the essences can work on the same themes but on completely different ends of the spectrum for each individual’s journey and surrendering to the unknown as we move through voids in healing.
