Rats! Mispronounced Ffynnon - again. I really need a mnemonic... How about, 'Huckleberry Finn, under the moonlit sky' - Finn-un - got it!
...then I found this in 'The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn'...
"As I lay there, I smoked my tobacco and looked into the sky - not a cloud was in it. The sky looks very deep when you lie down on your back in the moonlight"
...which got me thinking about this...
Moon River, wider than a mile
I'm crossing you in style someday
Oh, dream maker
You heartbreaker
Wherever you're going, you're going my way
Two drifters off to see the world
There's such a lot of world to see
We're after the same rainbow's end
Waiting 'round the bend
My huckleberry friend
Moon River and me
...Did you know Huck Finn faked his own death? Could it be the work of the Amelia Project?!
(How's that for polyfusion, Quel? ... Ok, don't answer that )

The Folium Diary reruns:
You can't force polyfusion
“Twenty-five hundred years of rational culture are in the process of dissolution. Age-old habits of conceptualization will not serve to train observation on the effects of the new man-made forms of energy. Since Plato, philosophers and scientists have attributed constant forms and patterns of action only to the world of ‘Nature.’ Both Plato and Aristotle, and their followers, as well as all the other schools of philosophy, have refused to recognize any patterns of energy arising from man-made technologies. Having invented ‘Nature’ as a world of rigorous order and repetition, they studied and observed only ‘natural’ forms as having power to shape and influence psyche and society. The world of man’s artifacts was considered neutral until the electric age. As the electric environment increasingly engulfed the old Greek ‘Nature,’ it became apparent that ‘Nature’ was a figure abstracted from a ground of existence that was far from ‘natural.’”

It was time to update my profile. I'm wearing my Wildfang tee from Daisy and holding a Peanuts pin Mom gave me that says 'SPEAK OUT!!' Both depict Lucy, who is loud, brash, bold, and can be a bit... sneaky 🏈 What's that got to do with me??
