Here's a topic we've definitely struggled with at TEN17 and it's a common challenge amongst small business owners... how to know when you've reached "capacity" and should hire more help?! A million dollar question. Because we all know, as small business owners, we're REALLY good at just adding, and adding, and adding things to our plate. Sometimes, they even add themselves ;-)

They usually say they're too busy to even think about marketing - OR they'll reach out to us when things slow down and they "need" more sales.

That's a mistake.

Her passion and talent was undeniable, and it didn’t take long for it to grow into much more than a side gig.
