On today’s episode, Tyler and I are back in the brewhouse with my boys from Talking Waters - Nick Patton + Phil Zachman. As their Brand Manager, every few months I force them to sit down and record an episode to stay sharp on their podcasting skills. No, I’m totally kidding. Tyler and I just thoroughly enjoy them as guests and people - and of course sharing some beers with them.

On this one, we decided to play the random question game. Which means the episode is entirely random and we didn’t quite know where the conversations would go. We cover a WIDE variety of things - everything from tough lessons learned as business owners, personal development, karaoke fetishes, and being happy at work.

As this format typically does, it forces quick and honest self reflection which is always a healthy reality check.
