On this episode of the Foundation, we were able to catch up with the Founder and CEO of the Kulinary Kings catering company, Gregory "Self" Evans. Evans is a chef who has over a decade of experience in the kitchen which includes creating his very own signature spice brand called "Majik Dust", appearing on food various shows, spending nearly two years gaining experience at The Food Network, and also meeting the likes of world renowned Chef Bobby Flay. Evans uses his superior culinary expertise supplemented by his business acumen to give listeners a map on how to build in the food industry as well as life in general. Evans did a great job of connecting the concepts he was talking about to real life applications such as displaying how he attracts more customers by choosing to incorporate more cuisine styles as opposed to specialization.
