"[Health care] is not the only thing that matters, and, on balance, I think Donald Trump is going to be worse for freedom than Hillary Clinton would have been," says Michael Cannon, who's the Cato Institute's director of health policy studies. "But health care reform is one area where he might be better if he follows through on his pledge to repeal Obamacare and replace it with something better."
