Welcome to the pursuit of personal excellence or just pursuit for short. In part one here I lay out reasons why you would want to challenge yourself and share a little about what it is. With the call to action and guidelines on how to choose your pursuit.
As the week goes on I will expand on the basics of the pursuit and what you may experience along the way so you can go into your pursuit without any mysteries. It will be up to you to navigate your specific journey.
The challenge should be personal for you and I will advocate for whatever it is that you will stick with it. Look to have a low barrier to entry and be honest with yourself and where you at physically. This is intended to be repeated cyclically so you can build your base level and earn the next level.
Here are some things I recommend.

5k, 10k, half marathon. Any running program or simply beginning to walk consistently each day.
Learn to jump rope or look into bodyweight training, animal flow is pretty fun.
