It feelsl like just about everyone I know has been navigating sickness on some level. In my house, it has been one sickness after another. 

And lets just keep it real - it sucks to be sick. It often leaves us feeling behind, like our lives are falling through the cracks, and overwhelmed when we finally start feeling better. 

What if instead of stressing about all of these things, you chose to surrender to the sickness? A forced slowdown can bring opportunity for reflection and reconnection with what we truly need - if we view it that way.

This series has been on my heart for a very long time and honestly, I've hesitated. Scared of what people would think, worried about being misunderstood, not feeling like the authority to speak on this topic etc. etc.
