Let's gooooo!  Here we explore the nuances of influencing change in the work place, at home, in our relationships and all the places.  We can drop the bomb when news hits that we know is going to change circumstances for people however what if there is another way?  One that has compassion, energy awareness, and the need for spaciousness when navigating transitions.  Veronica shares a personal experience regarding her daughter when a big change was coming that her daughter was not happy with... in the beginning.   We give examples of how gentle guidance and allowing space for contemplation can lead to more ease in many outcomes.   And  OMG how exciting to learn and witness that leadership in the corporate world is trying this on... of course not everywhere however, it's happening and we gotta start somewhere.  Let's celebrate that!  What about instead of dropping the bomb, we plant seeds?
