  • Embracing Forgiveness Bible Study: Day Two
Welcome back to the second podcast in our Embracing Forgiveness series. Our first podcast was on Day One: L=Learning what forgiveness truly is but today, we will be about evaluating where unforgiveness is a hindrance in your life (body).
Buckle down and grab your full on purpose notebook to take some notes. This episode is going to please all the research geeks out there and I’m totally here for it too.

I want to preface this episode and say that I am not a licensed therapist although I do go to therapy every month. I’m not a licensed psychiatrist or pretend to have the knowledge level of a psychologist. The information in this podcast is a result of my own emotional journey through unforgiveness and from my research.

Through studying the mind-body connection, my eyes were opened to a whole new world. So many Christians shy away from this type of study because it can cross over to new age teachings if you’re not aware and grounding things in the word.

  • Embracing Forgiveness: Day One
Welcome back to Full On Purpose and to a brand new study on embracing forgiveness. I’ll be honest…when God dropped this idea in my lap I gave him a sideways look. Lord, you know I struggle with this….you know I TRY my hardest to let go of things but some kind of way they sneak back in my dreams and in my life and in my body…how can I possibly talk to my girls about forgiveness when I’m in the thick of this thing? I was reminded of a talk during this past women’s conference when one of the speakers said she was ministering to us from the valley…from the point of pain and with us in the storm. That’s where I am with this study. I don’t come to you as an expert on forgiveness or that I have all the answers. If anything I have a PHD on how it can wreck your life, stunt your spiritual growth and create a host of health problems.

So for this study, please walk with me through it. We will be hearing from other women, besides myself about their journeys through forgiveness. I know you’ll be able to relate to at least one of their stories of hope!

  • Episode 72: Overcoming Comparison Day Five
Can you believe we are on day 5 already?  I want to thank you for allowing me a platform to speak to you from my heart. I truly have given all I could to present this study in a way that is understandable and relatable. I hope you’ve found those to be true.

If I were your enemy, I’d work to create division between you and other christians, between groups of Christians, anyone with the potential for uniting in battle against me and my plans. I’d keep you operating individually, not seeing your need for the church or tying yourself too closely to its mission. Strength in numbers and unity of purpose….I would not allow things like these to go unchecked.
If I were your enemy, I’d use every opportunity to bring old wounds to mind, as well as the people, events and circumstances that caused them. I’d try to ensure that your heart was hardened with anger and bitterness. Shackled through unforgiveness.
Find out what our March Bible study will be about and more about how to combat these last two tactics of the enemy.

  • Episode 71: Day Four Overcoming Comparison
Welcome to day 4 of the overcoming comparison Bible study. If you’re just finding this for the first time, please go back and watch/listen to the studies in order.
So over the last 3 lessons, I’ve covered how the enemy attacks your passion, focus, identity, family, confidence and your calling. Today I’m going to cover how the enemy attacks your purity and your rest and contentment.
If I were your enemy, I’d tempt you towards certain sins, making you believe you are basically (even biologically) unavoidable. I’d study your tendencies and proclivities til I learned the precise conditions that make you the most likely to indulge them. And then I’d strike you there. Again and again. Wear you down. Because if I can’t separate you from God forever, I can at aleast set you at odds with him for the time being.

  • Episode 70: Overcoming Comparison Bible Study Day Three
Over the last few nights I’ve been discussing the tactics of the enemy and how he comes in to attack you in multiple ways to keep you stuck in a whirlwind of confusion….never reaching your full potential.

Tonight I want to discuss that if I were your enemy, I’d attack you with your past. Priscilla say, “I’d constantly remind you of your past mistakes and poor choices, I’d want to keep you burdened by shame and guilt, in hopes that you’ll feel incapacitated by your many failings and see no point in even trying again. I’d work to convince you that you’ve had your chance and blown it-that your God may be able to forgive some people for some things, but not you, not for this.

  • Episode 69: Overcoming Comparison Bible Study Day Two
Welcome back! Today is day two of our overcoming comparison Bible study. If you missed yesterday, please go back and listen to that one because I laid the groundwork for this study in that lesson. There are things there that I will not be covering again today.

Last night we talked about the enemy stealing your passion and your focus. Tonight, I want to speak about the enemy stealing your identity and your family. Priscilla says, “If I were your enemy, I’d devalue your strength and magnify your insecurities until they dominate how you see yourself, disabling and disarming you from fighting back, from being free, from being who God created you to be. I’d work hard to ensure that you never realize what God has given you so you’ll doubt the power of God within you.”
Today I share details about Ken and I's testimony that I've not shared before except when ministering to someone in similar situations 1:1.

My calling was never promised to be easy. I don't share things on public platforms like this and my podcast to get attention or simply because I'm an oversharer. Mental health and addiction are both rageing in our homes and taking our families. I am sharing parts of our story because if I were your enemy and wanted you to be stuck in the comparison trap....I'd attack your identity and your family....you don't want to miss this.

  • Episode 68: Overcoming Comparison Day One
Welcome Ladies to Day one of the Overcoming Comparison Bible Study. I have prayed over this study, I have walked this study and I know that it is for every single person who chose to show up. Showing up is the first step in your healing.
You know, if I were your enemy, I’d be very strategic in how I attacked you. In reading the book, Fervent, by Priscilla Shirer, she talks about 10 strategies the enemy uses to destroy you. I will be covering two per lesson throughout our time together.

Today I cover the first two areas the enemy tries to steal....your passion+your focus.

  • Episode 67: When Things Aren’t Supposed to Be This Way
Have you ever found yourself in the middle of a storm and you wonder, God, where are you? Blair is someone who found herself in the midst of so many storms and she's here to tell her story of how God has brought her out and the things she's done to stay positive. Although this podcast was recorded over a year ago, God's timing is perfect and I feel it's time to release it now. Please share this episode with your friends because we all need someone in our corner when things aren't supposed to be this way!

    Questions Covered in This Episode:

1.) So just in chatting before this and becoming friends, we have so many things in common! Can you tell everyone else a little about who you are and what you do?

2.) I’ve really admired the way you’ve embraced your recent diagnosis. Would it be ok with you to share about this diagnosis and how it’s affected your life?

3.) You are so inspiring Blair! Perhaps someone is going through a similar diagnosis or a storm in general right now. We personally have lost several people this year to Covid and it just feels that 2020 has been full of storms. Storms can see hard and tough but can we chat about the 3 benefits of weathering a storm?

4.) I know so many people will benefit from this podcast episode and I’m thankful to you for being so transparent with us. If someone wants to connect with you further, what is your preferred way to be contacted?

🎙️ The Full On Purpose Podcast with Becky Williams, CHC

For the Christian woman with ADHD who loves Jesus, feels everything deeply, and wonders if she’ll ever get it together.

If you’re tired of the mental clutter, spiritual guilt, emotional overload, and trying to do all the things right—this podcast is for you. I’m Becky, a certified health coach, Enneagram teacher, and mama of three. Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I know what it’s like to crave calm, crave purpose, and still feel like you’re falling behind.

Each episode is a soul-deep conversation filled with truth, practical tools, and grace for the messy middle. You’ll hear biblical encouragement, emotional regulation tips, ADHD strategies, and real talk about identity, communication, motherhood, boundaries, relationships, and the noise of life.

Whether we’re talking about comparison, forgiveness, fear, or how to live out your faith when you feel overwhelmed—this space is your permission slip to be unfinished, unpolished, and still full of purpose.

Pull up a chair, grab your coffee, and let’s walk this out—on purpose.
