We're back. Sorry for missing last week guys and gals. Adam and Aaron had some technical issues and just need to take the week away. But don't worry your favorite cigar, philosophy, and porn podcast is back for the foreseeable future.
This week Adam smokes an Arturo Fuente Best Seller and Aaron is stogie free because he's gotta stop stinking up his garage to sell his house!
Today we go through the following:
- Adam joins a gym and gym douches
- House hunting
- My diabetic father
- #stogiestrolls
- and much, much, more!

Adam and I got a little behind the 8 ball this week so recorded this episode on 02/10/2021 at 6:45am and it was actually delightful. Starting the day off bright and early with a stogie and talking with your friend is a pretty good start to me. Adam smokes a Chillin Moose Too from General Tobacco and I smoke a No Free Lunch from Lost and Found. I've said it before, the No Free Lunch is fantastic and Adam actually enjoyed the Chillin Moose Too.
We talk Apple products and their "fun" interconnectivity, the Big Game, and some sports betting. I started reading The Art of Resilience by Ross Edgley which is about the mental toughness required to swim around GB. Adam started reading a new issue of Fox and brings some more fun letters.

Adam took a trip to Buffalo Bills (Wild Bills Tobacco) to snag some stogies of his own for the first time! We go through his picks while we enjoy a couple of sticks. Adam smokes an Arturo Fuente Rosado and in unity I also smoke an Arturo Fuente but an Anejo. Both of us have never had either of these cigars and really enjoyed them.
Other than the sticks we do the usual jumping from life, sports, to the eventual readers letter in an issue of Fox magazine.
Thanks for listening. Follow us on IG @AshNGrind (Aaron) and @welderadam (Adam - obviously).
Your friendly hosts have talk spend a huge portion of this episode (the 2nd half) talking about local music and the music that we grew up listening to. But not before we read a letter from the May 2004 issue of Fox Magazine and it's not magazine about "conservative news".
Adam is smokeless this week but I have a go at the Timeless Sterling which for a lighter smoke was really good. Top notch construction. Top notch burn. I would smoke one tomorrow if it was in my humidor.

Welcome to another glorious episode of the Ash N' Grind podcast. If you find yourself wondering when we will talk about coffee since that's what I said the podcast would originally include, you're going to need to keep wondering. This week Adam and I talk NHL (specifically the Detroit Red Wings), UFC (holy shit Max Holloway put on a show), funerals (it's about the person, not your "god"), and some other fun stuff.
Adam smokes a Martinez Cigars Pulpit Series - The Bishop and I smoke an Asylum 13 Medulla. Both of us are big fans of these sticks and they are mighty tasty! Give them a shot yourself.
Thank you for taking the time to listen. Feel free to follow us on Instagram @ashngrind if you like cigar photos and fat guy thinking he's funnier than he is.
Episode 12 is here and I'm tired of thinking of episode titles. That's probably not a good sign. But Thursday the 14th sounds less angry upsetting than Friday the 13th so here we are. On this episode Adam surprised me by bringing out an old Fox magazine so we decided to read a couple of the fan mail letters. We also talk about something we know nothing about. Transition a penis into a vagina. Then we wrap it up by talking UFC for last 30 mins or so.
Adam smokes the Martinez Cigar Gator from The Cigar Pulpit series and I smoke an Arturo Fuente Hemingway Maduro. We're not cigar experts so we're not going to pretend to be. You might like those or you might not. You'll have to smoke them and find out for yourself.
Use My Cigar Pack if you want a good subscription service for sticks. $34.99 for 5 sticks that have never disappointed. The pack I just got for January had a bunch of Lost and Found sticks that I'm sure will be delicious. Also, you don't have to worry about the vape shop tobacconist telling you those moldy as fuck cigars are just covered in plume. It's mold. The first episode of 2021 and we don’t have any grand wisdom to offer to make this better than 2020 because let's be honest, it’s going to be pretty much the same as 2020 for the next few months at least. We do touch on some fun things though like South Park, the magic of the internet, actually talk about cigars, and some more Think Like a Monk!
Adam smokes the Plasencia Alma De Fuego and I smoke The Gator from Martinez Cigars which was made for the guys over at the Cigar Pulpit. They are more of an actual cigar podcast than us and have an entertaining show you should check out. I’m going to guess if you’ve stumbled on our humble little show you’ve probably heard of them though.
The best way to try new cigars is through a subscription service. Especially if you’re a new smoker. Walking into the vape shop that happens to have a humidor and having some fuck boy push Rocky Patel on you between bong sales blows. That’s why I use My Cigar Pack. If you want to get 5 dope cigars a month without having to think about it you should too. Use my link and help a brother out http://mycigarpack.com/?mcpa=888
This weeks episode Adam and I hop down the rabbit hole of Jim Carrey movies. Just opening his IMDB makes you realize how many movies of his have made my balls fall off from laughter. We also talk about intentions, wishes, hard work, war, our favorite Christmas gifts, and family. The thing about this podcast (the whole show, not just this episode) is we bounce around from fun light hearted topics to serious things throughout. This is what I like to think most friends conversations are like as you get older.
Adam smokes the Warped GR88 and I smoke the Rodriguez Reserva Privada. Both of these are fantastic Nicaraguan cigars. The Warped is a puro while the Rodriguez is an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper with Nicaraguan binders and fillers.
Hopefully you enjoy the show and have a good holiday!
