Christopher Scott is a social worker born and raised in Portland, Oregon. He has had many roles in his social work career, but his expertise and focus are on working with young men of color. Christopher started the Hip Hop Social Work podcast in 2018 to help navigate the social work field and his own career path. He recently transitioned to practicing school social work where he thrives from building authentic relationships with students, faculty, and community partners. He earned his Bachelor of Social Sciences from Western Oregon University and a Master of Social Work from Portland State University.

James Harris, attended St Paul’s College and has a BA in Psychology. After his freshman year, he joined the Army. James has eight years of service with an honorable discharge. He has two deployments one to Iraq and one to Afghanistan. After his military duty, he earned a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) from South University. He is a License Mental Health Professional. He is a member of Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society (CSI), American Counselors Association (ACA), Richmond Area Counselors Association (RACA) and board member of National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI-CVA).

James is a multi-entrepreneur in Richmond VA. He also works in community-based services in the inner cities, sits on FAPT team meetings for DSS and at schools. He works in private practice and has started an international movement called Men to Heal. “Men to Heal” assist men to focus on their overall wellness, mental, emotional and physical health. He conducts sessions on various topics involving boys/men and mental health. Dr. Joy Harden Bradford is a Licensed Psychologist, Speaker, and the host of the wildly popular mental health podcast, Therapy for Black Girls. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Xavier University of Louisiana, her Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Arkansas State, and her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from The University of Georgia.

Her work focuses on making mental health topics more relevant and accessible for Black women and she specializes in creating spaces for Black women to have fuller and healthier relationships with themselves and others. She is currently writing her first book, Sisterhood Heals, a tribute to and celebration of the transformative relationships between Black women. It is set to release in the summer of 2023.

Arron Muller, LCSW is the Chief Operating Officer and Therapist at Life Matters Psychological Services alongside his wife Dr. Trudy-Ann Gayle. Life Matters Psychological Services is located in Valley Stream, New York. He holds a Master of Social Work degree from Adelphi University. As a School Social Worker Arron has worked with teens and adults battling substance abuse to provide counseling.

As a therapist, he provides Individuals, couples and family counseling using an eclectic approach. As a mental health trainer and speaker, Arron conducts stress and anxiety training for schools,companies, organizations and facilitates workshops at churches and colleges.

Arron recently facilitated NYC "Brothers Thrive*- An Initiative about mental health developed by First Lady Chirlane McCray of New York City to provide a forum for black men to have conversations about mental health.

Arron was highlighted as one of the "15 Black Male Therapists You Should Know in the Huffington Post in 2017. One of his latest projects was the launch of his t-shirt line promoting Black Men seeking therapy which includes the empowering slogan, "Black Kings Need Therapy Too". Arron's mission is to change the stigma associated with mental health and therapy in the African American community by providing information, educating and providing low-cost services. Arron provides trainings in mental health tips and strategies for Adelphi University Social Work students, nursing students, organizations and local schools. He recently launched his podcast ARRONTLKS to provide a platform for black men to come together for important discussions impacting their daily lives.

Due to recent racial tension Arron was featured on HBO as a co-host of "What's GoodBro? A Brotherhood Mental Health Check In*, in partnership with premier of the Documentary, "Yusuf Hawkins: Storm Over Brooklyn". He has also be featured onNews 12 (New York), Cosmopolitan Magazine and NY radio station Hot 97 to provide information and support. He can also be seen in VH1's Black Ink Crew providing couples counseling and recognizing the importance of Black Men going therapy.
