As we get older and leave the confounds of high school and college, when our schedules get tighter and our priorities change, it isn't until large events happen that we realize our stock of friends we have made over the years. It becomes evident that sometimes we stop going out of our way to make new friends. Let's face it — making friends as an adult is hard.
Today, we're taking you gals through our journey of making friends as an adult in our late twenties. Realize that you are not alone and it's okay to feel wanted. We're giving you our best tips to meet new people, how to introduce yourself when it may feel awkward, ways to mingle with new people alone, and how to ensure you have a lasting friendship and not a temporary fling. Trust us, we taking friend-dating just as serious as our romantic relationships!

We are thrilled to welcome you on this adventure as we embark on a journey we call a millennial life. Through quarter-life crises, modern day relationships, and every bad decision, let us be your guide. Let's be real, we don't know what we're doing either. As a fellow Gal Scout, we hope you join our amazing troop hosted by the lovely and witty Hannah Adams & Emily Aleece Burton.
