What a story you're in for today! At only 5'6 (although listed at 5'8 haha), Anthony Pugh had to have a crazy good work ethic if he wished to make it to the Division 1 level of basketball! It's very rare to see someone of that size, be able to make it to that next level.
Find out today through our conversation, just how hard he had to work, and then when he got to the D1 Level, at Robert Morris University, what the turning point was for him to take his talents to the coaching side of things (trust me, it's probably not what you are thinking ahead of time)
We talk about AAU (club) basketball, we talk about individual training compared to team training and the importance of having a PLAN when you go to workout! We talk about what it takes to compete at the highest levels of the sport! And we chat about Anthony's business Clockwork Athletics
I'd encourage all of you to take a listen to this interview with a notepad to take notes! There's some serious golden nuggets I feel all players, coaches, and parents alike can learn from!
