Colin Anderson and Candice Chetta are back and we’re taking on a topic we’ve been considering for weeks and weeks! We’re finally talking about the word “queer” and it’s standing in the community. For some, it’s a historically insulting word that brings back trauma and abuse. For others, the word is the only identity that works for them. Let’s talk.
Of course, we’re also going to have a little fun on the Strug Boat: We’re getting silly and nostalgic going through Candice’s old LiveJournal entries for her birthday, and Colin is sharing some of his epic yearbook from his senior year of high school! We’re also doing some Bravo, no worries, people. :]
We couldn’t keep our motors boating if it wasn’t for the support of our incredible Patrons! If you like what you hear, please consider becoming a supporter of The Garbage Barge and help us keep doing what we do!
