Spring is springing, summer is cusping, and we’re ready for everything cold and bubbly (not that we ever stop drinking spritzers, but we love having an excuse to make a whole episode about it!) Definitely tune into this one if you’re looking for some seriously sweet spring drink inspo! Honestly, it would never be a Strug Boat if we didn’t do just a LITTLE Bravo news, so of course, we’re talking about The Vanderpump Rules reunion and then we’re doing a little RHONY news! The Classic: 

Fill pint glass with ice.

Fill ¾ way with your favorite rose

Finish with your favorite seltzer or mineral water. We love a La Croix… and more recently, the much more affordable Bubly brand seltzer… The lime is nice!

Rosé/Aperol Spritz, An Homage To Camillo Restaurant’s Cocktail: 

Ice

Start with medium to full body rose, that’s pretty balanced. Lots of flavor.

Add a splash (~3/4oz) of Aperol

A significant lemon twist, like a big ol’ piece of twisted rind

Top with seltzer

Blueberry Barge Special:

Add ice and a handful of frozen blueberries to pint glass. 

A dry, light bodied rose would be amazing in this one.

Orange slice

Top with cran raspberry La Croix

Rose Colada:

Ice and handful frozen pineapple to pint glass. 

Medium bodied, dry rose would be nice. Something fruit forward.

2-3 dashes Bittermen’s Tiki Bitters,

Finish with coconut La Croix

The grown up Shirley Temple:

Ice (obv, a pint glass) 

Medium bodied, sweet and fruity rose.

1/2oz Rose’s grenadine

As many damn cherries as you want because you’re an adult now.

Top with lemon/lime seltzer.
