The CW announces they're creating a new series starring DC's character "The Ray" and specifically that he's going to be gay. Pat's perturbed about the retcon of a hero that he (and apparently nobody else) has followed for years. Ray Terrill, a human ray of light in the shadow of his famous father, the Golden Age superhero known as "The Ray" became a hero to fight evil and follow in his father's legacy. Now the new animated RAY, will be redesigned as the first homosexual lead character of CW Seed’s Freedom Fighters: The Ray. All sides of the fence are covered in this arguement

Deadpool and Gambit - together again... for the first time... but not... okay, confusing as hell. Nevertheless, we had a godo time reading this action-comedy title. We thought this was a joke, but the punchline was it turned out to be damned good! Amy and Pat break down what made it good, what hit the mark, and whether or not it will live up to the hype as the book goes on.
