Discovering that you're trans is a long, complicated, confusing process. Chloe was aware that something was... different... about her when she was in kindergarten, but growing up Catholic, being transgender isn't something that's spoken of or allowed. So the process of getting to know yourself takes time. And when you finally come out as transgender, and a trans woman, in the year 2020, mid-quarantine, with a vehemently anti-trans president in Trump... it makes the whole thing a lot harder. Chloe did it the old fashioned way, and fully socially transitioned for over a year before she ever touched a hormone. From there, things just got crazier.

Chloe had literally no idea she was trans. She knew she 'wasn't like the other boys,' and knew she didn't quite fit in anywhere. This is NOT the story of how Chloe 'figured out' that she's a transgender woman. It IS the story of how she started the process of coming out and growing into herself once she knew. Starting with a relationship with a very un/supportive partner in 2020, all the way to transitioning like it was the 1970s, and finally working in education as a trans person. The stories are wild, offensive, transphobic, life-affirming, and hilarious, so come along on this wild ride of what it's like to exist while being trans in the 2020s.

When you're a transgender woman who has no idea that you're trans, you end up trying a lot of things to fit into your assigned gender. When everyone tells you you're a man, but they also tell you that you're TERRIBLE at being a man, you feel the need to be around masculinity in an attempt to learn how to emulate it. Chloe's attempt: join a fraternity and try to gain knowledge of how men behave by observing the entire thing like a nature documentary. What ended up happening... well, just watch.

Chloe had no idea she was a woman, and did that thing that a lot of women do when they're being told from all angles that they're "supposed" to be men: she joined a fraternity in an attempt to become more masculine. It, naturally, did not work at all, and what transpired instead is that she became a spy of sorts, becoming all-too aware of the ways that men think and behave, especially when they don't think there are any women around. This is Chloe's story. This is how a trans woman ends up in a fraternity.

When you learn you're bisexual at age 5, especially in a homophobic world, people impose a very particular brand on comp-het on you. When you're with women, they act like it isn't real. When you're with men, they act like you've "finally figured it out." And when your parents refuse to acknowledge a full HALF of your identity, it can lead to a lot of problems. This is Laura's story of coming out... and coming out... and coming out...

Laura knew she was bisexual from a VERY early age. At 5, she knew she liked girls. At 6, she knew she liked boys. But society doesn't really accept bisexual people, and bi people are often erased or told to "choose a side," (another version of experiencing comphet) where people will choose one or the other sides of your identity and choose to ignore the rest of it. Straight people want you to be straight. Gay people want you to be gay. And depending on who you're dating, certain friends may pay less attention to you. Parents may reject you or refuse to listen to you or acknowledge your feelings at all.
This is Laura's story of coming out as Bisexual... to her friends, and her family, over time. And then doing it again. And again. And again. Because some people just don't listen.

Ashley St Clair was a conservative, MAGA influencer who got her start at age 17. She was funneled through the alt-right incubator, spewing hatred across the internet (transphobic, racist, nationalist rhetoric) until she finally had her second baby with Elon Musk. After exposure to him and witnessing his increasing radicalization and harm (after after he turned on HER), she left the movement and has become a prominent voice against the Right and the tactics that MAGA uses. The question of the day is... is it real? Or is she just "grifting to the left" purely out of self-interest?

Laura PASSIONATELY defends the "she's definitely a grifter" perspective while Chloe takes the "she's not perfect but I think she IS learning" side. We debate long and hard about the correct way to be a good ally, what she SHOULD be doing, and the evidence both for and against her shift to the left being genuine or not. Regardless, the facts about her checkered past remain: she was a conservative, MAGA influencer who rose to popularity incredibly quickly & was funneled through the alt-right incubator, working with Turning Point USA, the Babylon Bee, and other right-wing organizations specifically designed to spew hatred across the internet (transphobic, racist, & nationalist rhetoric). Once she had her second baby with Elon Musk and broke a deal by announcing publicly that the baby was his (because he notoriously likes to keep his private philandering lifestyle incredibly secretive), he turned against her and weaponized his base to levy incredible hatred at her. She finally broke ranks and switched sides, speaking out against big tech, billionaires, and the entire MAGA ideology, explaining that by doing some reading and learning, she was able to see the error in her ways. The question still remains... is any of it REAL??

There is a prevalent belief in TERF and "gender critical" circles, and a narrative being pushed by right-wing grifters and people with ulterior motives, that being trans causes people to be MORE VIOLENT than all other demographics of people. It's something Blaire White, Joe Rogan, JK Rowling, and basically every trans-hating person have been pushing ever since the Charlie Kirk shooting. So we're here to go over the ACTUAL stats and prove that trans people, on the whole, are the LEAST violent demographic of people that exist.

TERFs and "gender criticals" believe and push a lot of strange things. And, of course, it's easy to find an example of any type of person who did something wrong if you're LOOKING for that. So this week, we're covering a number of examples of "bad" trans people, trans people who committed violence, and the general rhetoric that the "gender criticals" (just TERFs with a funny name) push en masse to try to convince people to be terrified of us. In our last two "debunking propaganda videos, we talked about how they think being trans is a "social contagion" (a belief that has been disproven after being first proposed in 2015 and gaining steam in 2016), and then the idea that trans identity is a "cult," the harmful idea that having autism both makes you 'more vulnerable' to trans ideology (because you aren't smart enough to think for yourself) and 'causes' you to transition, and bizarre, pseudoscientific beliefs about puberty blockers, brain changes, and identical twins. These ultra right-wing grifters (who are often RACIST as well as transphobic) are wildly misinformed, and have ulterior motives that largely align with patriarchal ideas that we should all be reduced purely to our biology. We watch several of their propaganda videos and look at their memes and DEBUNK their Nazi ideology with facts, logic, and statistics.

Blaire White is a prominent transgender influencer who also happens to be Gender Critical and TERFy... she spews anti-trans rhetoric and makes content bullying other trans women for their appearance, while also being racist, conservative, MAGA, and being a token trans person for the Right to weaponize. But... Why?? How did she become this way? Where did she start? Who is funding her? What did she experience that made her shut off her emotions and turn against her own community?

Blaire White was raised in a cult and was being groomed to become a politician by her ultra-conservative father, who also abused her (in more ways than she's willing to speak about). She found community in the transmaxxer page on 4Chan and fully believes that being trans, for her, is a direct result of the trauma she experienced. She also has wildly misinformed views about "passing," and has internalized the idea that she has no inherent value unless she is beautiful (transmisogyny is strong with this one). She bullies trans women online. She spews false information, damaging rhetoric, pseudoscience, and ragebait across the internet, which her ultra-MAGA, conservative followers lap up like the homophobic trans chasers that they are. They hate us but they love her because she hates us, too. Laura dove DEEP into the archives of the internet and pieced together the whole puzzle, including WHERE her sponsors are based, who they're connected to, why she makes the type of content that she does, and how she became the way that she is. These ultra right-wing grifters (who are often racist as well as transphobic) are wildly misinformed, and have ulterior motives that largely align with patriarchal ideas that we should all be reduced purely to our biology. The biphobia discourse has reared its ugly head again! Who is to blame? Is it the lesbian community, like the Queer Collective podcast recently asserted? Or is the whole thing, like most queer "discourse", a government psy-op to get us to hate each other?

In short: NO. Lesbians are not to blame for biphobia. But there IS a lot of biphobia in the lesbian community that we need to talk about. Recently, the Queer Collective podcast out of Canada asserted that biphobia was "created" in the lesbian community, and we're here to put that theory to bed. Lez 4 Lez (les for les?) is a valid form of expression, and we are NOT here to take that away from anyone. And yes, there are some women who are not romantically interested in other women but who ARE sexually attracted to women who claim to be lesbians, mainly to impress men, and that's a problem that needs to be worked out as well. But generally... why are we fighting? Why are we doing exactly what cointelpro and the government WANT us to do and infighting so that we can't COME TOGETHER to fight the real evil that plagues us all??
In this episode, we explore the idea that lesbians are somehow the creators of this idea, that men have nothing to do with this (when they are, in fact, the problem), that lesbians can do no wrong, the crossover between biphobia and transphobia, the similarities in certain forms of infighting rhetoric, and a personal story of a really weird biphobic lesbian who assaulted a bisexual friend of ours.

There is a common belief in TERF and "gender critical" circles, and a narrative being pushed by ultra right-wing grifters with ulterior motives, that being trans is merely a "social contagion" that is being taught to kids by "woke" liberal teachers in schools. They call this phenomenon many things: Rapid Onset Gender Dysphoria (ROGD), "social contagion," "radicalization," and a whole host of even less kind things to push a lie that being trans is essentially "being in a cult." This is deeply harmful rhetoric that has been disproven time and time again, but to no avail. We take a look at some of their propaganda videos and memes, as well as some of their "research" "studies" (that have been WIDELY criticized and even UNpublished) and bring you the FACTS behind the lies: Where did the "social contagion" theory come from? Who is pushing it? Who are they aligned with? What are their goals? And we put to bed a number of their common lies with simple logic and evidence. So here we go again: DEBUNKING anti-trans propaganda, but this time, by engaging directly with their content and poking some obvious holes in their beliefs.

Cis people -- mainly the transphobic ones , but some "allies" as well -- are often fed propaganda about trans people & how transition works, so we wanted to set the record straight!
