The National Association of Evangelicals which includes the EV Free Church, the Presbyterian Church of America, the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, the Vineyard, and others have endorsed a plan to include homosexuals under federal nondiscrimination laws. This move sets real Christians up for persecution, while protecting fake Christians from persecution. The motions passed by the National Association of Evangelicals and the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities were based on the Utah Compromise. The Mormons capitulated first, and then the evangelicals followed them on this one. Is it the responsibility of the civil magistrate to provide for the “needs” of homosexuals who want a wedding? That seems to be the hinge argument of the evangelicals who are pushing for “homosexual rights.” We contrast this with the biblical ethical standard for the civil magistrate and the treatment of homosexuality.

It was the 1920s in Germany. Homosexuality was on the rise. Immorality and decadence defined Berlin. The church was reduced to liberalism and pietism. The country was torn by economic stress. The time was right for Adolf Hitler, the great 'savior' of the people. Does any of this sound familiar? There are some differences between Nazi Germany in 1932 and America in 2012. There are still a few churches here that preach the full-orbed implications of God's Word to culture and politics. And there are parents who still are willing to fight for their God-given responsibilities to oversee their children's education!

There is a danger lurking when American pentecostals or baptists or anybody denies God’s sovereignty.  Although people may call themselves Christians, what happens when it turns out they are worshiping the wrong god?  When Benny Hinn’s nephew and assistant learns about the sovereignty of God, everything changes.  

Certain songs have been outrageously popular because they have broken through social mores and sexual barriers — and “Baby It’s Cold Outside”  is in that category. Is this woman more concerned about what her neighbors would think or what God would think, if she spends the night with this guy?  Are the Me Too people more concerned about a sin against God, or a sin against somebody else?   We also take a look at a few other radical trend setting songs like “Let It Go” from Frozen and Kris Kristoferssen’s “Help Me Make It though the Night.”  Here are some questions Christians need to ask about the music they listen to?   The most important question to ask, of course, is. . .Does this music give us a sense of the fear of God?

Every pastor in America should hear this program! They came for the Mennonites, and I did not speak out.  They came for a Fundamentalist Baptist who read from Proverbs 13:24, and I did not speak out. . .  Although very few Christian ministries or news programs would cover this, there are real instances where Christians are going to prison in America.  A pastor teaches from Proverbs 13:24, and gets two years in prison — and the case is refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.  Mennonite Pastors in Vermont are serving time for their opposition to homosexuality, and aid given to a woman repenting of the sin.  Will anybody speak out?  Is your pastor next? True stories of real persecution going on right now in the United States on this edition of the program.

When it comes to an important step in the right direction, the Republican leadership in the Supreme Court and the White House will go the wrong direction — you can count on it. It was our last chance to defund Planned Parenthood for the foreseeable future, and again, the Republicans failed. Justice Brett Kavanaugh promised he would not reverse Roe v. Wade, and he is keeping his promise. Pro-abort Susan Collins feels "vindicated" for supporting Kavanaugh. Why did we expect anything different? The whole body is sick, from head to toe. Integrity is gone in Washington, but what if. . . the president of the United States repented?

The evangelical crisis is showing itself in the American evangelical college - and Azusa Pacificis the battleground.  Two board members have resigned pointing to a faith retrograde at the college. And, what is the most dangerous department in the Christian College? It is always the Theology Department, of course. The major attack however is centered around feminism, social justice, and sexual ethics.  But why?  Is the CCCU turning into the “Craven & Crawling Colleges and Universities?”  Is the compromise with Sodom a fatal synthesis?
