The Get Together Podcast

Today, I give you the answer to a question I get asked more than any.

When is the best time?

A big issue for most is getting to the summer period and not knowing how to manage their progress and social life. Summer can trick you into thinking that staying within touching distance of progress doesn't matter.

If your goal is to build on the hard work that the first half of the year saw, I urge you to understand that maintaining that progress through summer is the Eureka moment you need to keep making even more progress once summer is over.

Today, I talk to you about how to remove the worry of time when it comes to getting in your best shape for summer,

Do not be in a rush. The biggest thing that prevents 99% of people from getting and feeling in great shape is that they do nothing for 90% of the year and think they can make up for it with the 10% left.

If you have to ask yourself if you have left it too late, you have a very strong chance.

Summer is here and you are asking yourself the same old questions. How do I stop myself from getting carried away? At some point, you have to accept you're an adult, and in today's episode, I explain how you can combat getting too carried away.

We all need it, but not all of us feel confident enough to ask for it. At some stage in all of our lives we accepted help but as we get older for some reason we seem to feel asking for help is a sign of weakness or inferiority. Today I speak about how to ask for help in order to create the changes you want.

Life is long, but time moves quickly. If you don't learn how to create more time for yourself, life can start to become an everyday battle.

Today we talk about the importance of removing the negative people from your life and how we go about doing so.

Most of what we want comes from admitting how badly we want something or do not want it. Most of the time, how we get it depends on what we allow to distract us from achieving it.

Some want it overnight some want it for the rest of their life. All you have to do is choose how long you want to keep your results.

We all want to look and feel better but the truth of the matter is understanding muscle is required to do it and accepting that it takes longer than we think it does.
