Hi my loves 🦋 In today's episode I’m reflecting on the year that changed me the most — the year I was navigating chronic illness, grief, mental exhaustion, and the slow process of rebuilding myself. In this episode, I share the five lessons that truly carried me: surrender, self-compassion, releasing perfectionism, letting go of comparison, and finding faith again.

If you’re moving through illness, depression, grief, or any hard season, I hope this brings softness to your day and reminds you that you’re not behind, you’re not doing it wrong, and you’re already healing more than you think.
