Geneva Ellis is a creative, yet pragmatic, multi-passionate feminist who loves to learn about the world and connect with people through travel, food, books, music, and nature. She is also a Gemini if you couldn't tell by the “creative yet pragmatic” sentiment!
Geneva is an Associate Certified Wellness Coach and Lifestyle Designer. She partners with health and wellness organizations and founded Take Care Wellness, a boutique coaching studio, where she helps millennial women navigate change, doubt, decisions, and stress through holistic and sustainable self-care actions.
Burnout, anxiety, abandonment, heartbreak, and tough decisions are not unfamiliar to Geneva. She has done and continues to do the work to identify and break unhelpful beliefs and habits, gain clarity, and create holistic self-care routines that empower her to design her life on purpose.
Geneva has quickly become someone I deeply admire. You may recognize her name because she has been on the podcast before. Last time, we chatted about wellness, but this round we changed it up. Inspired by a recent phone call we had, Geneva and I are chatting about all things raw, authentic, and real. Join us in this candid conversation about real life, struggles, being uncomfortable, pivoting, and seeking joy.
