So here’s 5 tips to start unlocking the most POWERFUL version of you again..
Stop thinking you need to identify with the sport you played anymore. That sport was simply a metaphor for your hard work, you can put that hard work literally anywhere.
Set a REALISTIC weight loss goal for yourself, with a specific number and a specific date. Ex. You will be 20lbs down in 20 weeks from now.
Stop being a victim. Stop blaming work, stop blaming your time constraints, stop blaming family parties, stop blaming vacations, that shit is always going to happen. Start taking responsibility. You let the world outside make you soft…stop identifying with that environment. You’re a fucking champion.
Go to the gym with a game plan. Go find one on google, you feel WAY better with structure, you know you do…Do 3 times a week at the gym to start. Full Body workouts and 10k steps per day.
Write down this affirmation everyday…”I AM A MAN THAT IS CONSISTENT AND FOLLOWS THROUGH WITH HIS WORD”. This will solidify that you are turning into that consistent athlete again.You need to stop thinking about who you were and start thinking about who you can BECOME
