  • Ep# 14 The Grant House (feat. Petey Pendulums)
Goblin Squad on location for the first time ever! We took the show on the road and are now recording from the world’s most gravity-having bathroom in the historic Grant House in Rush City, Minnesota. Built in the late 1800s and rebuilt after a devastating fire, Grant House as it exists today was constructed in 1895 and has been remodeled several times over the years.
Is this the episode where  we finally talk about ghosts?? Yes, yes it is. Do we try to talk to a spirit that may or may not haunt the house?? Also, yes. Do we talk trash about ghost hunting shows while simultaneously behaving EXACTLY like trash paranormal tv?? Absolutely we do. Join us as we have entirely too much fun interacting with our new favorite ghost, Petey Pendulums. If you’re into the strange, odd, or slightly unnerving orbs of light that keep appearing in our damn videos, weird jumping dice, and tarot cards leaping around…then this episode is dedicated to you.
We will also have a vlog for this episode, so stay tuned!

  • Ep# 13 Numerology (555=HaHaHa)

Numbers are everywhere in our society. In the modern age, we’ve all come to accept and enjoy the benefits of numbers through the power of math, science, and engineering. But what if there’s another layer to numbers that influences us all everyday that we can’t see? Or can we….

We’ve all done it, Goblins! Noticing number combinations on license plates, digital clocks, room numbers, time stamps, addresses…Raise your hand if you’ve heard someone comment on unlucky 13, angel numbers, making a wish at 11:11?? See?! It’s everywhere! Join Brooke and Sarah in today’s episode as The Goblin Squad talks about the magical existence of numbers and their influence on our daily lives. We discuss Pythagoras, display our inability to do simple maths under pressure, and the glory of Prince (which has NOTHING to do with this episode, but could not be ignored any longer). Get out your notepads, prepare to calculate, and join the Squad as we travel down the rabbit hole of Numerology!

P.S. For any goblins that got up early to listen to the Episode and saw the incredibly heartfelt message Brooke left for me (Sarah) in the show notes…you now (if you didn’t already) know how much I love that goblin! Get you a goblin friend that hypes you up in the middle of the night, even when you forget to replace their secret message with the actual show notes.

  • Ep# 11 Foraging 101 (Part 1 )
    Ep#11 Foraging 101, Part 1
Is there anything more goblin-y than a romp through the forest, identifying flora, marveling at fauna and collecting your own wild food?! We don’t think so…
Part one in this two part episode focuses on the rapidly growing hobby of foraging for wild foods and medicines. Join us as we discuss identification resources, equipment, safety, and more to help get you out the door and into that moss-filled forest. All stages of skill are welcome in the Goblin Squad community and when it comes to the ID of food, there are no dumb questions. We are novice foragers and rely on MANY resources, mentors, and identification techniques when finding food in nature. We also are not medical professionals…we are goblins…soooooo no information in this podcast is meant to be used in place of the care and advice of trained medical professionals.
Learning how to forage in the area where you live is an incredibly strong way to connect with your surroundings! Listen to this cozy episode and dream about a hidden glade filled with ramps and fiddleheads, the overwhelming joy of finding a desired mushroom, and the comfort of walking through the world with more skills and a positive relationship with your natural surroundings. Chill out in nature and stay weird, fellow forest Goblins.

  • Ep# 10 Midwest Lycanthropy (or just Vin Diesel in the woods)
Episode 10 Midwest Lycanthropy (or just Vin Diesel in the woods)
You don’t need to dig deep in the Midwest to run across tales about unusual encounters with canines. But the Goblin Squad really fell in love with one street loyal monster…The Beast of Bray Road! This Wisconsin Werewolf made headlines in the early 90s thanks to some intriguing local reporting. Before the community of Elkhorn knew it, they were national news. Join us as we analyze, debate, and cackle over yet another cryptid with rippling paranormal muscles. Spooky eye shine? Sure. Monster that is definitely not a German shepherd, but maybe the size of a normal man, but possibly a mutant-wolf-coyote-werewolf? Yes. An amazing time hanging out with Brooke and Sarah while you plot your entry into the Goblin Scouts? Absolutely. We know we say this about every episode, but really…this might be our fav episode yet.
Also…any other goblins out there think it would be cool to rock a Bab’s Bray Road Tavern (est. 1991) shirt in honor of our favorite eyewitness?
