'GOD’S GUIDANCE'

Tonight, we are going to briefly discuss how to ensure that ‘no weapon formed against you will prosper.’  How many of you know that just quoting the scripture alone does not provide that divine protection.  Only God’s guidance through the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ will do so.

LET’S TALK TRANSFORMATION

“Think Of God’s Word As A Seed”

Jesus compares God’s Word to a seed.  Think about seeds.  They’re not much to look at.  The fruit is much more interesting than the seed.  Amen?  But the seed, that unassuming little speck, has hidden inside of it all the blueprints and all the construction tools necessary to build an entire bush, plant, or tree- from roots to branches to fruit- and all out of dirt.

“Why Renew Your Mind”

Renewing your mind is the key to experiencing new life in Christ.  God desires that you have a wonderful, daily relationship with Him.  He wants you to grow in faith.  He wants you to understand His love for you, as well as His thoughts and ways.  Renewing your mind through the Bible is God’s way to transformation.

TRUST & EMBRACE THE TRIALS

“Transformation is Painful”

As Christians after salvation, what you once were has to die and be replaced with something new and beautiful.  You become a new creation but that does not happen immediately after accepting Christ as your Savior.  Although you are saved from the consequences of your old nature; the process of transformation and rebirth begins.  We can no longer stay in that old cocoon because it no longer serves us.  It is time to push through the shell of what we once were and burst forth with new life and new wings to fly.  JOIN US!

TRUST & EMBRACE THE TRIALS

“You Are Known and Loved By God”

The devil will take advantage of your trouble season to whisper in your ear telling you that you don’t matter, no one cares, it’s your fault that you are going through what you are going through.  He will tell you that God doesn’t see you.  God doesn’t love you.  You are not good enough for God.  Remember the devil is a liar.  The enemy will attack you, but that is the time to fight back, not back down, not give up. The way to fight is to turn to God’s word, ask the Holy Spirit to help you, and turn on an uplifting spiritual song. Remember who you are in Christ, who you serve and how big our God is.

When asking the Holy Spirit to direct what I should teach, I kept hearing, “My people are going through some stuff.  They need to know to trust me and embrace the trials and the suffering. Don’t try to flee them; instead call on Me; I’ll get them through it and they will come out victoriously; smelling like a fragrant rose."

So, what if the trials, hardships, struggles, and detours in your life were actually for your good?

"NICODEMUS-A SECRET MEETING WITH JESUS”

Tonight we will be discussing the conversation between Jesus and Nicodemus.   Nicodemus was not the ordinary Pharisee because he had come to a different conclusion than that of his fellow rabbis. He believed that God was with Jesus, and he wanted to know more. Nicodemus was able to recognize the character of God in Jesus.  I believe many of the other Pharisees recognized the same but due to their prejudices and fear of losing power they chose to follow the lie and they applied pressure on the other members to follow the lie; “Nothing good can come out of Nazareth; therefore Jesus is not the Messiah"

"HEAVEN IS REAL"  PART FOUR 

Tonight we are going to share some of the significant descriptions of Heaven.  We are not trying to be deep and intellectual.  Our purpose is to simply review what the bible says about the home that Jesus has prepared for us.  Rev 21 starts off by telling us that God has made everything new. A new heaven and a new earth.  We are going to be in a home of new construction; new build.  Specially designed and made for the overcomers.  Hallelujah!  JOIN US!

Let’s first make clear that when death occurs here on earth, what actually dies is the earthly suit, these bodies, the shell that houses our eternal spirits. You were created by God for eternity.  God created us to have free will. A free will to either accept or reject the salvation of Jesus Christ.  Your choice here on earth will determine whether you spend eternity in Heaven with God or spend eternity without God in what the bible describes as Hell.
