6 cups of rice
6 cups of water
2 bags of frozen mixed vegetables (OR WHATVER)
2 bouillon cubes
some onion powder
some black pepper
shit loads of salt
some garlic powder
4-5lb pork loin (OR CHICKEN THIGHS) covered in Famous Daves Steak and Burger Rub (so fucking good)
put rice, water, vegetables, bouillon cubes, onion powder, black pepper, salt, garlic powder into the crockpot
cover the pork loin (OR CHICKEN THIGHS) with Famous Daves seasoning
Put pork on top of other shit
Set timer on HIGH for 3.5 hours (I got it wrong in the podcast and said 2.5... it is 3.5!)
That is legit all you need to do- maybe mix it up sometime during the cooking
