Sense of Restraint in Practice (afternoon session)
This session will consist of an in-depth study of sense restraint, starting with its relationship to right effort. We will discuss will power versus wisdom power, and how this distinction is expressed in the suttas. We shall see that true restraint comes from wisdom, not from force.
