70 years ago, almost no one was overweight or fat, let alone obese. Obesity really didn't exist.
So now experts are saying that there is an obesity crisis. Nonsense. There is no crisis. People are just putting too much food in their mouths. They are making themselves overweight, fat or obese. So why would they do something so stupid?
They do it because having food in their mouths makes them feel better or less anxious. It is that emotional need that causes people to put so much food in their mouth.
You can eliminate that emotional need, and you will no longer need to put food in your mouth to feel better. It's not difficult and it's free. Once adult obesity is solved by eliminating this emotional need, childhood obesity will follow.
So why is it when you stop taking these drugs that you regain the weight you thought you had lost for good?
The answer is very simple. It is the emotional need for food that made you overweight or fat to begin with.
You didn't want to weigh too much but you put enough food in your mouth to make you weigh too much. Why?
Because putting all that food in your mouth made you feel better or happier. Whatever the feeling you wanted you knew putting all that food in your mouth would make you weigh too much. Isn't that crazy????
YOU MADE YOURSELF OVERWEIGHT OR FAT BY PUTING TOO MUCH FOOD IN YOUR MOUTH. YOU DIDN'T WANT TO WEIGH MORE SO WHY DID YOU PUT SO MUCH FOOD IN YOUR MOUTH? ISN'T THAT REALLY STUPID? GAINING SO MUCH WEIGHT WHEN YOU DIDN'T WANT TO? YOU DID IT BECAUSE YOU NEEDED ALL THAT FOOD IN YOUR MOUTH TO FEEL BETTER OR ENABLE YOU TO COPE WITH YOUR DAILY LIVES.
THE ONLY -ONLY- WEIGH TO WEIGH LESS PERMANTLY IS TO LEARN HOW TO ELIMINATE THE EMOTIONAL NEED YOU FEEL TO PUT SO MUCH FOOD IN YOUR MOUTH. LEARN HOW. IT'S ALL FREE!!
In order to understand why you are stuck at your weight - which you say you hate - you first have to understand why you made yourself weigh what you do. hint- it's not the food. Food didn't make you weigh what you do. You did!! all by yourself.
So why would you do something as foolish as making yourself weigh too much? The answer is that you couldn't help it. Really!! Emotionally it was more important to you to keep putting food in your mouth than it was to weigh less. Really.
You weigh what you weigh because it is a weight that enables you to continue to put lots of food in your mouth and have a stable weight. If you had a greater need to put food in your mouth you would do so and weigh more. It's that simple.
Diets will never, ever, enable you to permanently weigh less than you do because they are premised on reducing or changing the amount or type of food that you need emotionally. That is emotional deprivation and will never last very long.
In order to weigh less permanently or choose what you want to weigh you have to eliminate your emotional need for food. Your ENF. It's really simple and it's FREE!!
You hate what you weigh but are unable to weigh less. Why is that? It's because every time you feel bad or want to feel better or don't get enough affection, love or other emotions you value you put food in your mouth. Your weight is determined by the amount of food you put in your mouth to satisfy those needs.
Weighing 10 pounds less should be very simple. Just don't put as much food in your mouth. But you can't do that because it would deprive you of the foods that you depend on emotionally. That's called EMOTIONAL DEPRIVATION!! And it will never last.
That's why "dieting" is a colossal waste of time - and money. Because it's based on emotional deprivation.
You simply have to understand - and feel - this concept to no longer need to put food in your mouth to satisfy your emotional needs. It is really that simple - and it's free.
OK. Here you are. very unhappy and overweight or fat. So why are you keeping yourself at that weigh. On paper weighing less should be the easiest thing in the world. Just don't put so much food in your mouth. But you can't stop. Don't worry. Neither can anyone else. That's why millions of people weigh too much.
YOUR WEIGHT IS NOT YOUR PROBLEM. It is only a symptom of your problem!! Your problem is that you depend on food to make you feel better or stop from feeling bad. YOUR PROBLEM IS THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO SATISFY YOUR EMOTIONAL NEEDS WITH FOOD. Food never solves a thing. It just makes you overweight or fat. Learn how to stop using food to satisfy your emotional needs. Then you can weigh whatever you want. REALLY!! And it's all free. No need to pay anyone anything.
You are unable to weigh less permanently because you are trying to satisfy your emotional needs by putting more food in your mouth than you need for nourishment. YOU MADE YOURSELF OVERWEIGHT OR FAT! You knew that you were gaining lots of weight that you didn't want to gain but it was more important - emotionally- for you to put all that food in your mouth than it was to weigh less. Really!
It's that simple. So when someone tells you that you should put less food or different foods in your mouth you are unable to do that for any length of time. That is just a diet and diets are a colossal waste of time and money because you need all that food in your mouth - and the foods that make you feel good or stop you from feeling bad- more than you want to weigh less. SO, THE REALITY IS THAT ALL DIETS ARE BASED ON EMOTIONAL DEPRIVATION!!!! You will never emotionally deprive yourself of things you need to feel good or stop from feeling bad.
So in order to weigh less, permanently, is to learn how to eliminate that emotional need for food that is keeping you captive - and weighing too much. The first thing is to tell yourself the truth about why you made yourself overweight or fat. Once you understand that the rest is easy. You will be able to weigh anything weight you want to weigh.
