There is a cost to everything. Especially when it comes to weight loss we want to quit. We don't like the cost that it comes with. We want it to be easy and simple. It can be easy and simple but it also comes at a cost. The cost might be not eating gummy worms and ice cream at 10 pm. The cost might be saying no to dessert when you go out with your friends.
Our brain likes to tell us that this is not worth it. First you need to see the cost and decided if it is worth it to you. If the outcome is going to be worth the cost, then go for it. If you decide the cost isn't worth it now or ever, then don't do it.
