  • 🌬️Enriched Enough: Practicing the Visionary Alchemist IRL

Not every day calls for transfiguration. Some days just want presence. In this soft, sun-dappled episode, I explore what it means to be “enriched enough”—when the environment isn’t ideal, the energy isn’t soaring, but something still glimmers.

This one’s for the in-betweeners, the almosts, the small rituals that tether you to something gentle and real. I didn’t want to record this episode. So I took a new walk, felt the citrus on my tongue, listened to the rain—and let that be enough.

We talk about being a visionary alchemist in miniature. About the long day of the solstice, and how even in surrender, you can still shape your atmosphere.

Includes ambient field notes, a micro ritual, and a reminder that transformation doesn’t always look like fire. Sometimes it’s just breath, timing, and choosing to see the light already on your skin.

  • Assumption as Atmosphere: Meeting the Visionary Alchemist

What if you assumed it was already happening?

Season 2 of The Grotto with invitation: to shift your atmosphere, alchemize your outlook, and begin seeing transformation not as a future fantasy — but a present reality.

In this season’s first offering, I share how I’m shifting from the dreamier “Dream Cartographer” archetype of Season 1 into something more activated, intentional, and atmospheric. Enter: The Visionary Alchemist — the one who assumes beauty as already arrived, and builds accordingly.

    You’ll hear:

Why my current creative compass is guided by webs, not roadmaps

What decision-making has to do with self-concept

    The scent of inevitable transformation

Why this season is lighter, more collaborative, and energetically laced with trust

This episode isn’t about finding clarity — it’s about embodying the conditions that let clarity find you.

  • Living So Many Lives with Chani Ra

Living many lives, saying yes first, and dressing like a memory. In this extended episode of The Grotto, I talk to Chani Ra—stylist, podcaster, and digital shapeshifter—about personal style, fashion as a place to live many lives, and her ongoing resistance to rules. We cover color analysis, manifestation, human design, identity, digital footprints, and the joyous (but challenging) stamina of podcasting itself. A longer offering than usual—meant to feel like a walk together.

  • Drift Back Through the Dream: The Dream Cartographer in the Rearview

Season Finale: Drift Back Through the Dream

We begin with the sound of waves and voices—an audio collage of moments, insights, and echoes from this season of The Grotto. Let it wash over you like a tide pulling memory to shore. In the final stretch, I reflect on the path we’ve traced, what it means to dream in motion, and where we might drift next. A closing, a portal —for now.

  • Make Art, Make Meaning: How Creative Experimentation Rewires Your Inner World

In this episode of The Grotto, we explore creativity as a sacred act of transformation. Through the lens of experimental art and healing, Brittany weaves together references from the work of Alejandro Jodorowsky, Carl Jung, and the growing field of neuroaesthetics, while anchoring it all in personal reflections on fashion, embodiment, and symbolic acts as tools for self-renewal.

This episode invites you to view creativity not just as expression, but as medicine—something that can soften, reveal, and reimagine the deepest parts of you.

    ✨ Topics include:

How symbolic acts can catalyze transformation

Jung’s mandalas and drawing the unconscious

Fashion and personal style as wearable alchemy

The healing potential of beauty and aesthetics

    Embodiment challenges to channel archetypes

🕯️ A gentle invitation to play, explore, and heal through art.

  • The Architecture of Imagination: Worldbuilding as a Creative Ritual

What if your dreams weren’t just things to understand, but things to use?

This week on Inner Nose, we take it further and apply lessons from the Dream Cartographer archetype. I’m sharing my four-step process for excavating your dreams and transforming them into something tangible—whether that’s art, a new creative project, or even a shift in your identity and the way you move through the world.

Your subconscious is already sculpting creative solutions for you while you sleep. In this episode, we explore how to:

    * Extract creative fuel from your subconscious and apply it to your craft

    * Use dreamwork as a portal for personal reinvention

    * Cultivate wellbeing from within

This isn’t about passive reflection. It’s about taking action—using what’s already within you to shape something new. Just do it.

I’d love to hear about what you’re creating.
