The Grown Up podcast is hosted by the homie Derric and he talks about how life growing up is complicated, tough, and sometimes feels like you aren't doing your best. On the Grown Up podcast he talks about everything from mental health to relationships to his own life journey discovering his true self.  I was honored to join him on his last episode of 2022 as well. We talked about my work and all that good stuff. I hope you learn a little bit more about me and get to know Derric as well.

Thank you Grown Up family for the fantastic year we have had! I want to end it off on a positive note celebrating independence. Technically she should be apart of the N.O.W segment because she is definitely making waves in her lane.
