This episode is a brief introduction to Yoga- what it is, what it is not, as it is more than an on-the-mat, flexibility and balance, pose-focused exercise. It feeds all aspects of the self- mind, body and spirit with many styles and intentions/goals that serve a purpose for anyone- no matter the age, size, stamina, flexibility, personality, goal and intention- as there is a style of Yoga for anyone and everyone! Stemming from Ayurveda and incorporates the chakras, yoga can be beneficial and healing on so many levels. Not only do I offer private 1-on-1 yoga sessions in my practice (The Healing Compass) to allow customized sessions for clients, I am happy to announce that through my yoga practice New Life (Nava Prana) Yoga will be offering group sessions in Tacoma, WA beginning Aug 2021.
