There are many things acquired, and lost, during childhood. Memories get swapped, high cortisol takes over, and we begin to start a story of our understanding of ourselves based on how we were treated. The illusion of separation, that is part of our human experience, only perpetuates this story, and can lead us to believe that we are truly alone on this rock, left behind from….well, from what?

We may not exactly know what it is we crave when we look at the stars, stare longingly at the water, bask in the fullness of the Sun, and spend our loneliness in nature. All we know is that something gets rejuvinated within these power spots that make us feel at home, or atleast relieves the loneliness that we feel, even if it’s just a layer.

This episode is designed to be viewed as a permission slip to remember. The real truth is, that we are not separate. The Divinity of the Sun reflects the Divinity within us. The beauty of the water mirrors what we have inside. The grandness of the stars matches the long journey of life we have agreed to, and the fullness of the Universe teaches us its okay to be Whole. These truths are relevant information that gives us permission to be Free, and it is by observing the seen, and exploring these “hidden” realms that we begin to discover and understand the Divinity within us all.

Because the truth is, we were not left here alone, we have examples of Divinity and Creation to help us uncover the truth of ourselves as the Divine Child.

Right now the theme is: The New. New systems, new ways of being, new connections and ways to connect with each other. The macro 'new', as we know, depends on micro factors of change, and so changes and transitions into one's True Self is needed now more than ever if we're going to make systemic change.

This episode is meant to be a soothing agent to the Self that seeks true knowledge, and wants to know exactly who they are, outside of the system, the old community, old relationship patterns and templates that may not have space for the new truth of who we are.

In this episode NicoleHeals talks about the infamous, Ms. Change (dun dun dunnnn), and why we may be scared of her due to our past. As children we were subject to the change of our care-takers that might not have truly *seen* us, and thus couldn't and wouldn't implement changes for our individual benefit.

The change we may have had to succumb to was unfamiliar, scary, and uncomfortable to our true Being, making us fear the process and mechanism of change in the present.

These changes on behalf of someone else's accord solidified our survival identity that we had to change into to suit our environment. The difference is now, Life may need you in a different way than you've been used to, and may implement certain changes to make you grow - into You.

You may be holding Life within you that needs a particular vessel to be birthed through, and the question is, will you trust Life and the process of change now that you know its for You?

In today's episode we dive deeper into the realms of Compassion. Just like with any concept, idea, or way of thinking and identifying, there is a need to define it in a way that resonates within. In this episode, we surface the feeling of Compassion to unEarth a necessary inner-understanding, and then play around with it as a container that holds other energies, ideas, and definitions that can help us sharply recognize our own individual stance within it all.

In the last episode of this series of getting into the nitty gritty of Self Respect, we talked about how the 'stronger' energies were there to help the body - in it's system of checks and balances - usher in and be able to *have* the softer, more vulnerable energies. In this episode, we're coming to see how it's clearly flipped.

These softer energies, compassion, vulnerability, humility, and grace (etc.) are actually here to bring in the stronger energies, well, because they garner their own strength. They provide the necessary balance needed in order smoothly coast in the stronger energies we need in order to be Self, like Self Respect.

In this episode, NicoleHeals talks about inner power, and the real, actual, and factual reasons as to why we may stray away from it, as it pertains to a disempowering past. So, we're gonna start talking more about energy and tuning into it intentionally in upcoming pod episodes, but I wanted to bring it up here, in terms of intuitive activism.

We see what's going on in the world right now with Palestine and Gaza and some of us may just feel kind of stuck. Stuck in overwhelm, stuck in shock, stuck in "I have my own problems and I'm truly not sure what to do, or what I can do" "How can I possibly help with a shotty nervous system?" "How can I possibly contribute when I'm burntout?"

And what if that is for very good reason? What if that is actually intentional? In this bonus episode I speak about the function of intuitive activism in terms of staying within reality as a sensitive person.

Being in reality about who you are, and intuitively checking in to really know what you have to offer in this real, present time, while staying in reality of what is going on in the world is the perfect way to "do" something.

Some of us may have gotten the intuitive guidance to stay off social media, while going within and really devoting to our spiritual practice in a new, intentional way. Some of us are meditating more, grounded better, healing old wounds with new experiences, and clearing out old spaces that held negative energy in order to cultivate new. Know that this is not coincidence and all for good reason, because whatever you have been healing and cultivating in your own life creates ripples for greater change.

If we look at the body as a system of checks and balances, where one muscle needs the support of another, or a nerve, or even a bone to properly function, we can start to see the authentic mechanics of the body, where it organically has its own physical blueprint to function in harmony.

Using this type of template, we can go deeper with it and see the energetic system of checks and balances that the body has to offer, and how one energy can mix with another and create a certain reaction that manifests within the body.
