Instead of focusing on goals you want to achieve, focus on Who you want to become. What type of person would you need to become to achieve those goals? Hand in hand with the question, "Who are You becoming," is the question: what does it mean to be authentic? Take a deep dive with me on the origins of the word "authentic" as I explore the different definitions. The definition you follow may dictate how you approach your growth journey.
