Today I have Tim in the studio. Tim is the co-owner of worldwide brand Bae Juice and an all round legend. Tim chats about his personal journey with mental health, how he juggles 100000 businesses he is involved in and talks all about having to be 'on'. Tim also shares an insane story from back when he was 19 years old and living in a billionaires penthouse apartment, as well as how meditation has helped him. Second episode of 2024 and you know it's gotta be about sun safety of some sort because it is IMPORTANT here in Aus. Today we're answering the question: What is melanoma?

Hellllllo my guys welcome back to HYH 2024!!!

So excited to kick off the year with Darcy Truin. Darcy is an absolute gem who so kindly said yes to coming on to chat about his experiences with bullying, anxiety and depression and learning to be resilient. Darcy is a mental health advocate, runs the youth conversation, is the year 12 school captain at his school and has been invited to be a part of a youth advisory group for the Victorian Government. At 17, he’s dealt with and overcome some crazy stuff. If this episode doesn’t give you hope for the future, I don’t know what will. Hope you love it!!
