Stephanie is a mom of 4. She has been married for the last 14 years to her husband, an army veteran.

She was born and raised in Chicago but, due to the military, has spent time in a few other cities and countries. 

She calls herself your health sponsor because a coach will usually be there only when it is good or to tell you what you are doing wrong.

Stephanie started Sweet Disaster in September 2020, in the middle of the pandemic.
