James is a real estate investor based out of Lexington, KY who owns buy-and-hold rental properties comprised of everything from a single-family home to a 10-unit apartment complex. His company, Freedom Rental Properties, focuses on investment properties in the Central KY area. When he's not working at his day job as a web designer, James enjoys taking his 2 dogs to the dog park with his wife Valerie, listening to audiobooks about real estate investing, and searching for the elusive Bigfoot. In 2018, James was elected President of a non-profit REIA group in Mt. Sterling, KY, where he has made it his mission to educate fellow landlords and investors about how to improve their rental property business. He also currently serves as a leader of the local real estate investors group in Lexington, KY as well.
