What does it mean to let your heart speak?
Heartlifters, this episode with Author and Graphic Recorder, Sherrill Knezel, went long, but every second of this remarkable conversation is filled with life-giving, heartlifting wisdom. Sherrill's story speaks of courage, strength, openness, flexibility, and a remarkable belief in her gifts and talents and images what it means to let your life and heart speak. Her new book, "Heart Speak, A Visual Interpretation of Let Your Life Speak "(by Parker J. Palmer), includes more than seventy heartfelt images to go along with excerpts from Palmer's book, "Let Your Life Speak." Heart Speak pairs these images with brief personal reflections. Sherrill invites us to explore and embrace our own limits and potential as we listen to our innate courage.

The world is looking for "a few remarkable people," to shine forth their "remarkability."
Remarkability is a concept I began curating a few years ago. Today, we find out exactly what this means and how to develop it in our lives.
Here are the prompts for this week's episode:
1. What overwhelming relationship conflict, circumstance, situation, or shocking medical diagnosis is happening in your life right now that is keeping you or distracting you from believing the promises inside of James 1?
2. Read and remark on the powerful promises inside the Book of James, Chapter 1, and allow them to transform any negative thoughts. Write out your declarations and "remark" them again and again in your daily life.

A few years ago, I asked myself this question, "What does it mean to be remarkable?"
I desperately wanted to be a woman of influence who positively impacts her spheres of influence with all things healthy.
When I began this journey, I discovered that tucked inside "remarkable" is the root word, "remark." I then asked a deeper question, "What am I remarking in my life?
What behaviors?
What actions?
What impressions and imprints are on those around me?"
This season, I guide you through my own journey of discoveries and help you discern and answer that same question, "What am I remarking in my life?"

“Liminal space can best be described as going through a change or going from place to place—from one thing to the next,” says transitions expert Melissa Cohen, a licensed clinical social worker in New York and founder of the mental wellness website A Redefined You. “It’s the space between what is and what will happen next,” she says. In other words, liminal space refers to the actual space or time in which you shift from one phase to another." Have you ever found yourself in a liminal space? You may not have known to call it by that name, but it tends to be uncomfortable or aggravating, or even painful, depending on how long time in liminal space lasts. In this episode, Author and Creative Coach, Rachel Anne Ridge, helps us understand how to better navigate the journey through liminal space. In her new devotional, "Your Mountain is Calling: Finding God in Untamed Places,' she invites us to embrace Rest with both arms.
