It's for that very reason that so many women of color suffer in silence..this episode aims to shift the narrative about something that so impactful in the lives of women today. Life can be a dangerous thing when we learn to build our life around a false reality that can fall like the walls of Jericho anytime. You cant keep up the charades of acting like your baggage isn't heavy... it's heavy and its slowing you down!

so I'm here!! ima walk around you like the people of Jericho did and knock on those walls you have built full of regret. Its time to shift the narrative , it's time to face what has been sitting in the back of our mind. THE REALTY of our current life!
