Josh Arcemont is the owner and head instructor of Hero Martial Arts Academy in Spring, TX. His credentials and reputation span twenty years as an instructor, competitor, and motivator in life skills education. Along with his enthusiasm for helping kids appreciate the discipline and its principles, his expertise in the field of Taekwondo, fitness, and other martial arts programs has made him one of the most trusted instructors in the region.

Josh has won over 75 medals and trophies in major State, Regional, National, and International competitions. He has extensively studied the art of Taekwondo and is currently a student of the growing sport of Mixed Martial Arts.

Josh's martial arts school is specifically designed for kids and families. The reason for that is he has a heart for children and a heart for working with the youth to inspire, empower and point them in the right direction, so they become confident and be great leaders in life

Their academy uses martial arts as a platform to teach more skills that are applicable to life, such as leadership development, money management, and more. They go into a whole plethora of different concepts that can take the student far. And since they only have their student’s attention for a short time, they do their best to point them in the right direction.

Josh’s superpower boils down to understanding how to connect with different types of people. especially with kids. He naturally understands that connecting with someone in their twenties is different than talking and connecting with someone in their sixties.

Also, someone who's an athlete that can naturally do anything they want versus someone who has a disability. Josh connects and motivates each one of those types of people in a way that's going to best move them forward and help them in their journey through life.

• Josh also shared his origin story. The Hero Martial Arts Academy was built because of his passion for martial arts which started when he was a kid. 
• Being too shortsighted not to look for coaches and people who could help has been Josh’s fatal flaw in his business. He was able to overcome this type of flaw by surrounding himself with great people.
• The common enemy early on in Josh’s business is being everything to everybody. He was able to conquer this by focusing on the vision and mission of Hero Martial Arts Academy.
• Then, we talked about Josh’s driving force in his business and that is to make the world a better place through martial arts.

He mentioned that the vast majority of people, when it comes to creating wealth, chase the vehicle, instead of the destination. The problem is that most people have never been taught how to goal set and create a financial game plan properly.

And that's because most of their goals are actually not goals, they're dreams because they're superficial, they're unquantified, they're wishy-washy, they're gray, and you can't plan with an unclarified plan. So what Jackson do is help them clarify that north star and reverse engineer it backward.

There was a movie in the Good Morning, Vietnam starring Robin Williams. This was the true story of Adrian Cronauer who got in trouble because during the Vietnam war, he had a crisis of conscience. Where he knew that he had a platform and a microphone, where he connected with his audience and served them.

The issue that came about was, should I tow the company line or do I advocate on behalf of my audience? So in that case, he was being told to lie about certain things during the Vietnam war.

And he said I can't do that. So he stood up and told the truth, then got in trouble.

Adrian Cronauer spoke and taught at the defense information school. He wasn't a teacher. But he just came in, frequently. Because of that Josh had an opportunity to learn from him. The lesson he learned from Adrian just how is to always be honest, authentic, and give value to your audiences.

Up My Influence believe that you deserve the chance to positively and profoundly influence the world with your message.

For too long, the path to authority and influence has been paved by traditional public relations firms – a great option for large corporations with huge budgets and plenty of time on their hands. To date, she has created over 60 successful online courses, launched popular Massage and Spa Marketing Content Clubs, written and self-published more than 15 eBooks, and created a library of invaluable resources for massage, beauty, and spa professionals such as the popular Massage and Spa Resource Bundles. She also created a mastermind called the ELEVATE mastermind—a program for people who want to learn how about adding an online income stream to their business.

Gael currently transitioned to a different business called Elevate With Gael. Where she focuses on helping people to live the life they want by making small changes. A part of that is having an online income stream so they could have more time to do the things that are important to them.

Gael’s superpower is consistency and not giving up.

She mentioned that with all the books she wrote all it takes is getting up and spending 30 minutes a day and being consistent. In everything she does she always says, well, if it's worth doing it's worth doing pretty much today.

Being consistent is not easy, but you have to believe that on some level it is working.

Tanner Larsson was the CEO of Build Grow Scale, which is one of the biggest and best ecom training companies in the world. Just recently, Tanner stepped down as the CEO of BGS to pursue a crypto-based gaming project called MECH.GAME—a game-ready mechanized 3D NFT’s.

The best way to describe NFT or Non-Fungible Token is, if you have a quarter in your hand, I have a quarter in my hand, and we put them on the table, and I mix them up and cover them up. Can you identify your token? The answer is No, because they're fungible, meaning they're interchangeable as the same.

NFT is non-fungible token. So what we did was we took that currency, and we wrote, Tanner's quarter and Richards's quarter on it. Then we mix them up, do you know which one's yours? Of course, you do, because it has your serial number on it. 

The NFT technology, at the most basic level, is a way to put a serial number on digital stuff. You can use it in insurance, business, applications, art, etc.

With MECH.GAME you’ll have a hero character that runs around the map that you control. We made the game more fun by building in a strategic element where you have to mine resources in the games to have a little bit of that strategy aspect, those resources are used to build your towers, and repair your towers in the level.

The game is a top-down Tower Defense-style with a hero character as your Mech. All of those, the Mech and the stronghold are the main NFT's that you own. They're upgradable, they earn experience, and they have game stats that can be improved, like health, battle, power, energy, all those kinds of things. And when you upgrade them, that reports to the blockchain and stores that data.

• The difference between playing video games and NFT games.
• Tanner also shared the things that they are going to help solve in the marketplace by building MECH.GAME.
• Then, Tanner discussed who are their target gamers for MECH.GAME.
• Next, Tanner talked about MECH.GAME’s gameplay for a new players and an experienced players. 
• Tanner shared MECH.GAME’S targeting platform and its target release date.
• We also talked about some of the ways on how the game gain the market share to be a mover and shaker in the space.
