It is work, but it is so worth it. Y'all know that feeling of helping someone. That's why we went into medicine. We want to help people.

So take how you feel doing that as a doctor and magnify it 10 times.

Because when you develop your own program, your own high ticket program, your own thing, and then you take that thing to impact someone's life, there is nothing like it!

Hey, POP Squad!

Another quarter has gone by! Can you believe it? We have been rocking together since the beginning of 2020, and so much has changed, so much is going to change as well.

That's why you absolutely cannot miss next week's Episode 100! It is going to blow your mind.

In today's episode, I share all my quarter 3 wins and failures. I have had some of my highest highs and some of my lowest lows since starting my business this quarter. Nonetheless, I am so grateful for the direction that God has taken me.

The beginning of the quarter was not easy.  I was having some doubts about where my business was and the direction I wanted it to take. But it was really that my spirit was unsettled because I was feeling that God wanted to do something new in my business.

Then I realized what it was!

I've known from the onset that I was called to serve doctors, women doctors, and more specifically, Black women doctors.

But I had resisted because stepping out and niching down was scary. However, I had to clarify my message so that I could show up both powerfully and with certainty for my right clients.

It required a lot of intentional internal work.  I had to go all-in on my mindsets and beliefs. I had to seek God relentlessly through the process.

Eventually, I was able to relaunch my coaching program,  Purposed to Profit™ , relaunch my Facebook group and rebrand myself as the high ticket coach on Instagram.

I was able to niche all the way down to serve Black women doctors who want to develop and confidently sell high ticket coaching programs and learn the secret to building a 6-figure (and beyond) coaching business from scratch.

In the process, I was able to make 60K just in the month of September. And those are just some of the wins...

I did a live stream on my recently re-launched Facebook group that I am excited to share with you in today's episode.

I talk about some of the simple steps and mindset shifts that I had to make as a brand new coach to get to my first 10K month!

I spent most of 2020 being an entrepreneur who had no idea where my next client was going to come from. I leaned on the hope that things were going to work out.

Being an entrepreneur with an intent to transform lives, no one's life was being changed, including mine.

I felt both frustration and defeat because nothing I was doing seemed to be leading me to a consistent income.

Well, the first thing I had to realize was that it was not about any of the external effort I was applying. Everything had to do with me! 

No matter how difficult, I had to get out of my own way and make some internal shifts. I had to deal with my negative money and sales beliefs.

I also had to change how I was showing up in the world and in my business. If people were coming to me for solutions, then I had to show up with certainty.

They needed to know not only that I would get them from point A to B but also exactly how I would do that. I refocused all my efforts on just that.

Now I am confident in my process, my transformational promise and my ability to sell and scale in a sustainable way. I know exactly where my next clients are going to come from. 

That is how I broke the barrier and got to consistent 10K months. This is available to you too, Sis!

In today's episode, I share a live stream that I did on my Facebook and Instagram.  I submit to you brand new coaches and aspiring coaches in my community that making money doesn't have to be hard!

I am breaking all the myths about making money, including some that I had myself.

Being a black woman and a physician, everything in my life was telling me that making money was hard. So, when it came to my business, I set it up in such a way that I made it hard for myself to make money. I would complicate everything for myself.

It wasn't until I simplified what I was doing. I changed this limiting belief based on the actions that I was doing and that really allowed me to see that making money is not hard.

As entrepreneurs, for us to be able to make the great impact that we desire, we need to make it easy and simple. If we believe that making money is hard, we unconsciously set up barriers to our success.

Sis, I can submit to you that selling the cheaper programs was like pulling teeth compared to selling my high ticket programs.

If you are a heart-centered entrepreneur who offers amazing value that is life-transforming, you don't need to be struggling to make sales.

You need to raise your rates to match your value!

Nailstry makes shopping for press-on nails online a breeze. It is the first virtual fingernail sizing solution for press-on nails that is complemented and supported by a diverse marketplace of indie press-on nail designers.

 In 2018, she stumbled across the need for an easier way to purchase press-on nails. She was getting ready to attend an out-of-state wedding when she noticed that she did not have all the sizes needed to complete her manicure. This inconvenience prompted her to create a virtual sizing solution that simplified the overall online shopping experience.

 In addition to all things nails and nail art, Aurelia and her team strive to give back to the community by creating opportunities and empowering nail creatives to grow their businesses - specifically women of color entrepreneurs as over 75% of Nailstry’s nail designers identify as BIPOC. They have created an inclusive space to give back to minority founders by providing assistance with technical projects and business development education. 

Aurelia earned her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Florida International University in Miami, Florida and her graduate degree in Cosmetic Science from Fairleigh University in Teaneck, New Jersey.
