The 2025 season is about three weeks away, and EVERYONE is fired up about their team. Hoosier Nation feels the same way about Curt Cignetti's 2025 squad, even with a schedule that has four marquee games.
Where are we overhyping this IU team? Is anyone being underrated? How about the opponents on the 2025 schedule? Are any of them going to be tougher or easier than expected? Nithin and Matt discuss it ALL.

One of Curt Cignetti's biggest victories this offseason was retaining defensive coordinator Bryant Haines. Heading into the 2025 season, Cignetti and Haines are in charge of a defense that has a TON of talent.
You know about Mikail Kamara, Aiden Fisher, and D'Angelo Ponds. Who else could make a big splash this upcoming season for the Hoosiers D?
There's a lot to discuss about IU's non-conference scheduling as well!

As IU gears up for a crucial 2025 season, the guys on the offensive side of the ball look to replicate a lot of their success from last year.
Curt Cignetti has a new QB1 in town, as Fernando Mendoza takes over for Kurtis Rourke. Roman Hemby, Lee Beebe, and Pat Coogan are among the vital new names that will aim to light up the scoreboard. What should you expect from the Hoosiers offense in 2025?

Darian DeVries has gotten through most, if not all, of his first offseason. He started by securing his son Tucker's commitment, and a couple of days ago, grabbed Serbian freshman Aleksa Ristic.
What do we like and dislike from DeVries' decisions? What are some reasonable goals for IUBB in year one?

On Wednesday night, Darian DeVries got a double victory in the portal, with Jasai Miles (UNF) and Tayton Conerway (Troy) pledging to the Hoosiers. Miles and Conerway add to Indiana's backcourt, as IU continues to renovate their playing style for the upcoming season.
What do we think of the two additions? Are there realistic player comparisons for Miles and Conerway?

On Tuesday, Hoosier Nation received exciting news that Lamar Wilkerson chose Darian DeVries and IU over Kentucky. Wilkerson shot 44% from three last season for Sam Houston St.
What does Wilkerson's commitment signify for DeVries? How do we think DeVries has done in the portal through a month on the job?

IU's month-long search has come to an end, as Scott Dolson officially named former Drake and WVU coach Darian DeVries as IU's 31st head coach on Tuesday afternoon.
Do we like the hire? What should DeVries' roster-building strategy look like? With the portal opening Monday, what should his top priorities be from day one? How high should expectations be for DeVries in year one and the rest of his tenure?

After a productive trip to the Pacific Northwest, where the Hoosiers smacked Washington and barely fell short at Oregon (thanks, refs), IU comes back to Assembly Hall for the regular season finale. It's a big one, as the Hoosiers will take on the Buckeyes on Senior Day with both teams on the bubble. What are the keys to victory?
What lessons can IU learn from recent games to help them the rest of the season?

Are the Hoosiers playing their best basketball of the season right now? It certainly seems like it, as IU finished off a stretch of 11 straight Quad-I games with an inspiring win over rivals Purdue.
Nithin and Matt give their reactions to the win and how it impacts IU's March Madness case. The guys also dive into the IUBB head coaching search and what factors need to be considered before officially making their decision.

It's been a frustrating season for the men's basketball team, as IU sits 68th in the NET rankings on the morning of January 28th. In year four, Mike Woodson has seen his team lose several games by large margins, as well as see one slip away vs. Maryland at home.
What are the underlying issues with IUBB? Who are some of the hot coaching names we'd like to see Scott Dolson pursue?
