In the heart of downtown Tucson stands the Hotel Congress, a place where history and hauntings walk the same halls. From the fire that nearly destroyed it in 1934 to the capture of John Dillinger’s gang, the Congress has always attracted stories that refuse to die.

But not all of them are in the history books.
