  • Using Your Connection to Source to Market Your Business

When Julie Foucht decided she needed to take her coaching business seriously, she hired a high-end coach and learned to 'market like a man.' She doubled, then tripled her income in less than a year, but felt drained, uninspired, and restless.

Urged by Spirit, she embraced her essential 'Womaness' and birthed a new way, The Art of Feminine Marketing.

Today, Julie teaches female coaches, teachers, and healers who are frustrated with traditional marketing, how to build 6-figure businesses through the Art of Feminine Marketing.

Julie's clients report having a clearer vision of their divine purpose, greater passion for their work, the skills to be attracting the perfect clients, and are being paid well for their gifts.

Julie received her coach certification in 2006 from The Coaches Training Institute. She has served on the boards of numerous non-profits and was named Woman of the Year by the Professional Women's Network of the Monterey Peninsula in 2013.

Julie is an expert on leveraging the connection to Souce to market your business. I know you'll find this conversation very valuable.

In this episode you'll learn about authentic using your connection to source to market your business as well as…

  • How to Have a Fair Pricing Conversation

In today's episode, we are talking about fair pricing and the conversations we can have with our clients about it. When we set our rates we need to consider many things like our experience, our operating expenses, the value we create, and much more. Having a conversation about money can be uncomfortable for many because money is often a delicate subject but as adults and business owners, we must be willing to have difficult conversations with our clients. Sure, not every call will lead to a sale and that's okay too! What matters is that we are able to create space for these conversations to happen.

In this episode you'll learn about how to have a fair pricing conversation as well as…
    • Why having options for your clients is a great idea
    • What to consider when setting your rate
    • Why I don't offer hourly packages
    • Why I stand behind my $500 offer

  • #The Show must be paused

    Hi Gentle Marketers
The Show Must Be Paused is a hashtag and initiative created by two black women in response to everything that's been going on in the US.

I'm a day late, as the day of silence was meant to be held yesterday, Tuesday. But I just heard about this on my friend Jenny Blakes' podcast and I think it really doesn't matter what day we pause and reflect. In fact we ought to do it every day.

So I'm dedicating this day to people of all colors other than white: black, brown, red, olive, any kind of skin color that is suffering from injustice. Racism doesn't only exist in the US, it exists all over the world and includes people of every color. I'm based in Switzerland and we don't have the same history. But racism exists everywhere, to some extent.

If you are based in the US, check out the site theshowmustbepaused.com which includes many resources to help.

And take some time today, time to reflect.

And I can't help myself I just need to say it: this belongs. This is exactly what's needed to break the system and change the paradigm. This is a people revolution and people will break the systems that no longer work for them, haven't worked for them for many many years.

  • The Power of Having a Purpose Advantage

As the Millennial and Gen Z Marketing Guy, Jeff Fromm has traveled the world sharing insights on how youth culture is impacting the marketplace — as well as the consumer behaviors of every generation. He led the first public study of Millennials in 2010 through a partnership with the Boston Consulting Group. That work informed his first book "Marketing to Millennials." He has since co-authored three more: "Millennials with Kids," "Marketing to Gen Z" and "The Purpose Advantage." He also is a regular contributor to Forbes. Jeff earned an economics degree with an emphasis in marketing from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and attended The London School of Economics. He is the president of Futurecast, a forward-thinking trends consultancy, and a partner at Barkley, a creative idea company. While others may talk about trends, Jeff and his partners merge such insights to create marketing and innovation best practices—these applications are the basis of Jeff's presentations. With years of brand marketing consulting experience, his humorous stories and provocative new strategy paradigms are supported by hard research and real client profit growth.
