It finally happened and we are here to really talk about it. 

Welcome back to another episode of the Hunt Lift Eat podcast. In this episode, Carter and Luke get into all the details and work that it took for Luke to finally punch his first bull elk tag. This has been a hunt that Luke has been on many times, but the opportunity just never presented itself. Not this time -- This time Luke was finally able to punch the tag, forgo the tag soup, and stock his freezer to the brim. 

We are back and better than ever after a little thanksgiving R&R. 

It is with great pleasure to introduce Outdoor Colorado, a non-profit, which has an emphasis on youth outdoors. This was a long time dream of Frank Villa Sr., as well as the both Josh and Frank Jr. and their family. Outdoor Colorado has a concentration in bringing the outdoors, including both hunting and fishing, to the youth of their community, the state and the nation. Frank Villa Sr. spent his life expressing the importance of being an ambassador to the great outdoors. Frank Villa Sr. also taught how important it is to share our experiences as outdoorsman, anglers, and hunters with not only our own kids but to all youth. The mission at Outdoor Colorado is to share those experiences by taking the youth into the outdoors and teaching them about conservation, morals, ethics and the responsibilities of being a good sportsman in our world today. 

It has been a heck of a couple weeks but we are so stoked to introduce and have Gaven Swinson from Gila Monster Outdoors. Gaven is the founder, owner, CEO, COO, Production Manager, Cameraman, and Audio Engineer for Gila Monster Outdoors - yes, he owns the company. An avid outdoorsman, Gaven has probably spent more days in the outdoors than you can imagine. He has a passion not only for hunting, but capturing those moments on film. Having joined many clients for hunts, Gaven consistently has a smile on his face regardless of the extra 40 pounds he lugs around.

Kelsey is an artist and outdoor enthusiast, hanging her hat in Three Forks Montana. A lifetime artist, Kelsey didn't open her artwork business until 2018 being influenced by wildlife and Western landscapes.

Welcome back to another episode of the Hunt Lift Eat podcast. Carter is back in the saddle and we are stoked to have Jaden Bales joining us this week. Jaden comes from a family of western hunters and spent a good amount of time hunting mule deer on the family farm in eastern Oregon. It wasn't until he moved away that he realized how tough it was to start from scratch to go hunting out west. Jaden founded the company "Hunt West" to help people understand the entire logistical production that goes behind the scenes when planning a hunt out west.

This week we are in person in the the great state of Wyoming with our fearless leader, Luke Cox, and he is joined by the nature whisperer himself, Dan Reitz, along with Georgia legend, Carson. The boys are hanging in camp after several successful hunts and are taking a minute to get off their feet and kickback for a bit. 

We're back with another episode where the dynamic duo are back together. Carter and Cole sit down with Zach Adams, Founder of On Glass Adapter. Zach, much like others hunters, was frustrated with most adapters and equipment that were on the market notably the many pieces that were needed especially, specifically with your phone, when swapping adapters from one set of glass to another. This is when Zach fired up his 3D printer and started making prototypes which has now turned into a full fledged business. After extensive research, countless iterations, and months of design and field work, On Glass has developed an adapter that strikes the perfect balance between simplicity, size, price, and design–bringing even the most remote wildlife right to your smartphone. 

One of the last episode before our wild man of a podcast host, Kerri, goes full Jeremiah Johnson. Sitting in the warmest seats there is, our fearless podcast host, Carter McKenzie. And we are stoked to have HLE team member Nick Chan on the podcast with us this week. Nick is a huge fan of Taurus firearms and its helps that he works for Taurus here in the land of the US and A. The breakdown of this episode is 1. boys will be boys. 2. Taurus guns - affordable at any price point. 3. wanting to go full "into the wild" like that kid in the movie did but skipping the dying part in the end. spoiler alert.

We are stoked to have Drew Dick on podcast with us today as he and the boys talk about the ups and downs of being / staying in good physical shape. Drew, formerly known as "The Big Guy", went through an incredible transformation from being that big guy into the weight crushing machine he is today. But this didn't happen over night - it takes years of dedication and commitment and Drew is here to talk about it.
