The Ian Furness Show

The list of women accusing Deshaun Watson of sexual assault continues to grow. The total as of this show is now 19. It's difficult to imagine any time picking him up at this point. We start the show off with three completely non-controversial topics; Alex Rodriguez, vaccines, and agents. Now that we're all on the same page let's talk about the Niners. They made a major move today that gives them the third pick in the 2021 Draft, obviously to pick a quarterback. Despite everything happening with Russell Wilson right now, and all of the questions about what will happen down the road, at least at the moment we have a quarterback here in Seattle, and that makes a huge difference. So, who are the Niners going to select this year? We ask Greg Cosell of NFL Films and NFL Matchup, plus we get his thoughts on the re-signing of Carlos Dunlap, and the release of Jarran Reed. All of last night's hockey highlights are here on the Daily Power Play every day about 1:45.

Big news in the NFL today as a three-team trade is announced between the San Francisco 49ers, Miami Dolphins, and Philadelphia Eagles. The trade gives the Niners the third pick in the 2021 Draft. How did this whole thing come about, and what will SF do with their pick? For everything we need to know, we turn to our NFL insider Ian Rapoport. Is there a consensus on the Niners' draft selection? We find out if Rob Rang agrees with Ian Rapoport and Greg Cosell, plus how big of a dropoff is there between Trevor Lawrence and everyone else. Texts weigh in with their A-Rod hate. Remember when you had to go to a separate store to buy booze, staffed by people who likely used to work at the DMV? Softy says he misses those days. We find out why during cross talk.
